Adawn® Named Practice of the Year and Wins Six Awards at the Inaugural Australian Dentistry Awards 2025
Adawn® took home six wins at the inaugural Australian Dentistry Awards 2025, held in December 2025 at the Melbourne Town Hall. The practice won Practice of the Year (joint winner), Website of the Year, Practice Design and Brand of the Year, Best Practice Manager, Best Treatment Coordinator, and Receptionist of the Year. In addition, Adawn® earned finalist nominations in five further categories — making it the most recognised practice on the night. “This recognition belongs to every person in our team,” said Marianne Sourial, Business Manager at Adawn®.
“We have spent years building a practice that genuinely puts people first, in the way we design our space, communicate with our patients, and support one another. To have that recognised at a national level, across so many different categories, is deeply meaningful.”

Design and Dentistry as One
The breadth of the recognition reflects a practice that has always insisted great dentistry and great design are not separate disciplines. Adawn®’s website was described by the awards as “calm, considered, and clear,” and its physical space is characterised by natural light, quality materials, and clinical technology integrated without compromise. The intent, as the practice has always maintained, is seamless continuity across every touchpoint.
“For us, design is intention made visible. We’ve never seen design and clinical care as separate investments. They’re the same thing, just expressed in different ways. We wanted the first click to feel the same as the first step inside the practice,” said Dr Angelos Sourial, Principal Dentist at Adawn®. “Every decision from the space, the website, the way we train our team, the way we speak with patients, is made with that continuity in mind. These awards affirm that when intention is consistent, people notice.”
